I bought this for my 87 year old mother because she could not make out who was at the door 90% of the time looking through the peep hole small gives you a distorted view. But without much detail. This slick little device has the same technology with a digital camera to give you a thumbnail of the growth areas around the front door of your house. This is actually the way to go.
